Not wrappers.
Foundational models — the bedrock
that powers everything that comes next.
AGI is not a product announcement. It is the most consequential transition in the history of intelligence. We are building the foundational layer — the substrate that everything else will run on.
Artificial General Intelligence — a system that reasons, learns, and adapts across every domain of human knowledge. Not narrow. Not task-specific. General. We are building the foundational models that will make this real. Not in theory. In code. In weights. In production. The window to shape its trajectory is open now. We are here for exactly that.
Every product, every agent, every assistant runs on a foundational model. We work at that layer — the layer that defines what is even possible for everything built above it.
We don't fine-tune others' work. We design architectures, curate data at scale, and train from scratch — full control over every dimension of the intelligence we create.
The teams and models built in the next five years will define this technology's path for decades. The decisions being made today — architectural, ethical, cultural — will compound for generations.
Capability without alignment is catastrophic. We build safety and interpretability into the architecture — not retrofitted as a feature, but as a hard constraint baked in at training time.
The race to AGI is happening. The question is who builds it — and with what values.
Foundational work demands obsessive depth. We would rather understand one phenomenon completely than touch ten superficially. We build researchers who think at that level.
Softmax, residual connections, tokenization — we hold all of it up to first-principles scrutiny. The field's defaults are not the field's best ideas. What seems obvious is often the most worth questioning.
The field advances when knowledge moves freely. We share our research openly — not to perform transparency, but because accelerating collective understanding is how we all get to AGI safer and sooner.
The more powerful the model, the higher the obligation to get it right. We treat safety not as a constraint on ambition but as the deepest expression of it. These two things are not in conflict.
We are building infrastructure for decades, not demos for quarters. Every research decision is made with a 10-year horizon. Patience is a competitive advantage when everyone else is sprinting.
The most important scientific breakthroughs have never required armies. They required the right people, obsessing over the right problems, with enough time to go deep. We are building that team.
